Lakeland will host a Transition Seminar for Students with Disabilities on Wednesday, July 20 from 7 - 9 p.m. on the main campus, 7700 Clocktower Drive, 44094 in building H, room 101.
The seminar will provide a general overview of Lakeland and its services to students with disabilities.
Students can learn more about how to:
• Study to achieve better testing results.
• Use a daily planner to avoid procrastination.
• Prepare for a lecture to get the most of out class.
Parents can learn about:
• What is expected of the college student.
• What study skills to reinforce at home.
